Not sure whether the EULA allows using the ROMs with another emulator (though after a quick check, I would lean on the 'yes' side). "synopsis" may belong to another edition of this title. Besides the SNK bundle, there is 'SEGA Mega Drive and Genesis Classics' that come with the ROMs available in clear in a folder, too.
